DVRigPro problem

Just got DVRigPro, but the wingnut will not tighten enough to hold the Bogen tripod plate in position; the plate slides back and forth no matter which way I tighten the wingnut. Have I missed something here, or is there some other way to adjust the wingnut so that it clamps the Bogen plate securely?

I use moleskin on any plate that has play or is too loose. You can find it at a drugstores. But you DVRIG should fit tight off the bat...if not SPIDERBRACE!!!!!!

The wing nut is adjustable, Pull it out and move a step.

You don't need any Drugstore stuff with a DvRigPro...
