Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

Wait, Danny! Since in the U.S. people can't be required to buy anything to enter a contest -- "no purchase required" is the usual language -- will you send me a DVRP so I can enter some photos?? ;)

Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

No Problem, "no purchase required" Just send me a cheque... ;D

Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

Ouch, Danny! How about if I download a photo of the DVRig and Photoshop it into a picture of myself? Does that count?

Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

Danny, this is OT, but I just noticed you have a new website design. Your main homepage graphic (that says "Your daily support") looks like it was scanned low-res and enlarged from a printed piece. The site deserves a better file. Can you re-do that one graphic?

Hello Barry...

Hello Barry...

Barry,

Nice work on that piece there. Good stuff from the Mall.

Cheers,

Re: Free CarMount / Footage contest

hi Danny, i was actually about to send you some footage.. sooner or later.. but now when you asked for it....

5'20'' out of "Rats with Wings" (aka "Fliegende Ratten"), a feature length that was almost entirely shot with the DVrigPro.
i cut together some samples that might demonstrate how great this rig functioned. a big part of it, those shots in the park, are samples out of 2 takes we made, each of them was a 25min take..! in a very hot day.. ;) and it worked quite well as you can see.

and.. try to ignore the color match at the moment... you'll get to see 2 or 3 color corrected shots, the rest is still at it's original condition.

greetings,
shai
