DVRack HD to Final Cut Pro usable file?

Goal: Provide file that an editor using Final Cut Pro can use to edit footage captured via DV Rack HD.

Problem - Use of Serious Magic's DVCPro HD Batch Converter creates Apple QuickTime files with video or no audio (as played on QT Pro and FCP).

Solution?????
