DVFILMAKER problem....please help

I'm trying to convert my 60i footage to 24p. After I convert a file and then drop it into the Sony Vegas 7 timeline, the sound is out of sync by just a little bit. Anybody else having this problem? Please somebody help. I'm using a footage shot with a canon XHA1 camera.

I already have an e-mail into DVFilm.com...but was wondering if anybody has had any of the same issues.

Did you try dropping the 60i footage into Vegas and then using the 24P Project Properties option? Don't know if this will help but it might be worth a try.
