DVDSP losing audio

Hey guys,

I'm trying to create and SD dvd with720p footage from an EX3...
Im going from FCP6, through compressor and creating a (90min best quality) dvd in DVDSP.

Once i import the MPEG2 file into DVDSP, i lose all audio when i get about 1/3 of the way through the video when i playback in DVDSP.... :/ pictures are fine but no audio at all.

All is good with my FCP timeline and i created another DVD earlier today with no problems...

Does anybody have any ideas what may be causing this??

Does the audio track in DVDSP go to the end of the video track?
Are you exporting directly to compressor? If so, try exporting a master file first, then put that into compressor.
When you preview in compressor, do you hear audio for the entire length?
