DVDA3 questions...

When I create a short video like 1-3 minutes, most DVD players will take a long time before the Menu comes up. During this time it sounds like the DVD player is searching. Does anybody have any suggestions?

When I render AVI to MPEG2 in Vegas I now set the bit rate to 6,000,000=Max., 4,500,000=Avg., 192,000=Min. (I think this is the VASST house standard according to there training DVD). However, in DVDA3 when I am about to burn the project, I click on the optimize button and it looks like the bit rate is 10,000,000=Max., 8,000,000=Min. Isn't this to high for some DVD players? Should I try to lower the settings?

If I'm creating a DVD with only still pictures in it, is there a way that each picture will play in a continous loop until play is pressed again? I know I can just pause, but that brings up the jaggies.

Any help is much appreciated.

If you've already rendered to MPEG-2 from Vegas, you don't need to "optimize" in DVD Architect... in fact, you should probably disable the video optimization so that you don't accidentally re-encode it to that higher bitrate.
