DVD VOB File copy to Premiere??

[naeem]

Hi;

I have some video footage on DVD, from my Mexico trip ( I did the tree-line zipping - really cool!) - and I'm trying to find the best way to get that DVD files (VOB) into Premiere.

I've search ed the forum - and didn't find anything - anyone have a recommendation how to do this?

_thx

I have'nt tried this yet myself, so I'm not positive it works. Save vob file to hard drive-change saved files extension to mpeg2-drop in p.pro. There's a few other ways as well, might wanna check around other sites.

Yes, I saw the post after..., but I still don't see a clean way to get this done... from some of the feedback, this looks like a multi-app approach , and not very reliable.
