[DVD Studio Pro] Resume button and Complex Script

Hello everyone this is my first 3D into this site,
I expose my problem immediately.

I have a dvd structured as follows:
-first play
-principal timeline
-2 Brief timeline of introduction to 2 different menus
-Main Menu
-scene-selection menu
-menu-setup (audio + subtitles)

The first play has the end jump set to the main timeline
The main timeline has as end jump 1 of the tracks as intro to the main menu
The short track has as end jump the main menu
The main menu tip:
-the main timeline
-the scene selection menu
-the setup menu

Pressing the button setup ... I go to the last track of the short intro to the setup menu and I would like to be that if a script has already been reproduced from the button you go directly to the menu, just without going through the short track.
The following script is that one I tried, but that does not work:

Then there is the problem ... the RESUME button in the Setup Menu;
I used the following script and it works only if there is not ("physically") the intro clip to the setup menu, otherwise if I press resume continues to play the intro clip:
