What size of file i have to create in photoshop to use as a menu in dvdsp?? I tried 720x480 but i still have gray at the top and bottom. then i used 720x486 and then i had gray on the left and the right???

Well -- then not sure really. I'd understand if it didn't fit AND it looked squashed. Not sure why it doesn't fit AND doesn't look squashed either.

No help. Sorry. I'd need DVDSP infront of me and it's not.

Hopefully someone else will come along.

when you created the file in Photoshop, did you set the pixel aspect ratio? there is a preset that you can use that has the correct resolution and pixel aspect ratio. this will give you a correct image in DVDSP.
 
In PhotoShop CS there's a preset for creating a new NTSC DV file, use that, it should work fine in DVDSP.
