DVD Studio Pro- No menus

Hi.

I have used DVD Studio Pro 4 before but have recently come across a problem. i make the project, Simulation runs perfectly after rigorous testing. I build the project and that goes smoothly. However, when i burn the project the DVD players and computers I test it on is playing only the video as if thats all i wanted on it. The main menu is set to first play. Even at the end of the movie, it is told to return to the menu but it just restarts the movie. I am using a photoshop file for two of the layered menus and the other menu just has a jpeg on it. so it seems to be generally menu oriented. I searched on here and found someone with the exact same problem but no one actually solved the problem in that thread. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

Weird. I don't know what it is but maybe try starting a new disc built from scratch? Trashing preferences, Rebooting. Renaming the disc? Deleting one of the menus? That's all I can think of.

Hmm. I have indeed tried starting a whole new project from scratch, naming the menus and files the same, putting everything the project needs in one easy folder. But I didnt try rebooting the computer or trying another one. It didn't even occur to me that it might just be some fluke glitch. Unfortunately i can't sack any of the menus. its down to basics. main, chapters, contact info. (it's a Demo reel) As for the preferences I havnt reset them or anything yet either. Ill try some of these suggestions today. If it works ill post to confirm it so hopefully anyone else with the same problem can find their answer. Thanks for the speedy response.
