DVD Studio Pro - How to include the chapters in the menu/button

Hi,

I am new to DVD Studio Pro. Managed to include the chapters in the final cut pro using markers, and exported my video including the chapter markers. Now imported the video into DVD studio pro, and i can see all my chapters are there. I have dragged the video into the Track and pulled the "Leader Cover" template into the menu. It has 4 content and 4 buttons.

Now I don't know how to include all my chapters in the content and the associated frames as a motion inside the content window. I have about over 10 chapters and it's a 4.40 second music video. I wanted to wrap it up, but i couldn't complete it. I am really stuck.

Also i am burning my dvd in the 16:9 HD dvd and it defaults the bit rate to 20mbps. Is that fine?

I figured out to include the chapters in the menus. When simulating everything works as expected. I set the first play to Menu. But when I burn it as SD or HD DVD the dvd play from the middle of somewhere in the song. I don't know why it does that. Wherever i see that option, I have set it to play the menu first.

Plus if i put it in the Wii DVD player it is unable to play. Including VLC player is unable to play my DVD. Any help pls?
