I shot a short on super 16, at my telecine I had them do a 16x9 widescreen transfer. In FCP the image is streched out the way its supposed to be, however when I burn in DVD studio pro. The image is not formatted for 4:3 TV. I did use the 16 settings in the menu as well. Any comments.
 
You also must tell the track setting to force letterbox.

Click on the track in question and that should open a preference window lower right...

In there.

Looking at the picture jhurt inserted. If you click it to "16:9 Pan Scan and Letterbox" it will make it full widescreen on widescreen tv's, and letterboxed widescreen on 4:3 normal tv's thus making it widescreen for everyone!
