DVD studio pro help ( linking buttons to picture inside menu)

I attached a picture to help explain what I want to do

basically... I want a different picture to appear in the black box for each of the buttons when they are highlighted....

I have a dvd that this is done with dvd studio that does this... and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it
