DVD Studio Pro DVD not Playing back

After I have created my project and menu in DVD Studio Pro 4, I burned it and went to play the DVD back in my dvd player it did not work. I know the DVD player is working because I've tested it with the same DVD's i'm using now.

Also, while in the burn process, the log says "Warning. The file 'INSTRUCTIONAL.layout' found in the VIDEO_TS folder will not be included in the final disc.

I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but does anybody have a guess as to what I may be doing wrong?

Might not have anything to do with it...

That said... did you select a 'first play' for the dvd so it knows where to go first?

Also could be a bad disc.

I'd try making sure the disc actually points to a menu or track as the 'first play' then try it out in preview... then burn.

Should work.

Yea I've double checked both those problems, I still never figured it out instead I just "built" the project and burned the Video_TS folder with Toast. Works fine that way.
