DVD Studio Pro 4 Write Error

Hey guys,

something weird has come up, I have successfully burned 2 different projects, and then now when I go back to my project and try to burn a few more copies, and error message comes up as I'm trying to burn it:

FORMATTING FAILED
The recording device reported the media error: Write Error. (0x0C, 0x00)


what the hell is this? it keeps popping up and now I can't burn anything!!!
 
Try burning a data file in the finder if you want to confirm a hardware problem which is what it sounds like.

Try another brand of disc (make sure disc is totally clean) or try runnign a disc cleaner?
