DVD Studio Pro 4 question

So i finished my entire layout of my dvd and spent like close to two days working on it and then i went to find the video files and somehow it's only taking certain ones. They're all the exact same files but it like pick and chooses which ones are ok to bring into dvd studio.. can anyone help me out or give me a trick around it... please and thank you..

DVDsp should accept any Quicktime file you throw at it. However, if you want to take out some of the pre-processing work, export all your files as Mpeg-2 + AC3 audio streams. That will take out some of the codec hell you might be going through right now.
