DVD studio help

Robbie Comeau

Como's back. back again
I made my sisters wedding video.

On DVD, it has three options:

Wedding
Slideshow
Interview

And they can each select them and they all work and go to the proper video on the DVD. The only problem is, is that they aren't underlined, so it's a pain trying to get to the right video, cause when you select DOWN or UP on the controller, there isn't an underline under the word, to let you know WHERE exactly you are in the list.

Anything?

Thanks!

Robbie

need to know how you made this menu in the first place to give good advice.

easiest way to make a button in dvdsp is to use their template buttons. those come with different overlays for selected and activated status.

if you created the menu in a different program, like photoshop, you need to create an overlay file, which is just a black and white version of the same image, but only with the buttons (black buttons on white background). then you just drag that file and hold over your menu, the select the option "set overlay." then in the inspector, you can set different overlay colors for selected and activated status. you can also get fancy with overlay files once you understand how they work.

You may need to click the option to include text in highlight. I'm guessing there is no graphic for the button, so therefore nothing is highlighted when you select it.
