I'm printing a dvd and the copy is perfect if is a computer player to play it but the image is larger when a home dvd reader is used, I mean 3 different brand of dvd reader.
What do I have to do, reducing the size of the frame? Use the safe area as a ruler?

Your post is a little hard to understand but i'm pretty sure your talking about overscanning. It has nothing to do with you dvd players it has to do with crt televisions. Bag in the day when tubes got old the image on televisions used to shrink leaving a black border around the image that is broadcasted. What NTSC and the televsion manufactures agreed upon to solve this problem to makeconsumers happy was to create a safe margin and overscan or cut off from viewable distance the action that is taking place out of that predetrimined area this way people wouldnt get upset that their televisions were breaking or geting old (of course the consumer still lost out because they were loosing resolution while this overscanning would occur. Overscanning does not happen on a computer or lcd display typically. You have to edit your video so without forgeting about the out of NTSC dafe margins but at the same time not putting important concent that far to the screen. If you shrink it down then you will have black around you video that will be noticble and every television is diffrent in regards to how much they overscan
