Dear Jarred (or Barry or whoever reads this)

I have been trying to contact you - and emailed three or four times to let you know that my DVD of your filter tests has not arrived. I paid for this through Paypal over 6 weeks ago. Could you please tell me what has happened, thank you very much.

Same here, paypaled 8/24 and no DVD yet, I did receive the DVX Book promptly, which is great btw!

I'm also still waiting for my Filter DVD, the DVX User book and DVD came within a week.

Sounds like you need to hire a private Staff Jarred, to get through that "Things to do" list. I just ordered mine last week, so I will give you a few more weeks given christmas and all.. ;)
