DVD Menu Software

I am a DSLR wedding videographer and I am looking for a high quality software to make custom DVD menus with chapters. A program that has templates will be a bonus.
What do you guys use and recommend?
 
Pretty much all of the major NLEs come in bundles with DVD authoring software included -- what do you use to edit?
 
Use Encore! what I like about it is I just need to author once, then I can export the same authoring to DVD, BluRay, as well as Flash to playback online or local.

There is some learning curve. But there're many presets with buttons and design that you can use to get start.

I also did some trick in encoding. I will encode each clip in 3 different bit rate files. Then mix and match the files to fill a DVD/Bluray. For example, the Highlights chapter is most watched, I pick the highest bitrate output for that chapter. For church ceremony chapter, it wont' be watched very often. Then I picked a lower bitrate output file. I put together in my blog here

I also offer Online DVD / local playback as an option for $300. Sold a few times already. All I need is to export the authoring in Encore to Flash output. Upload and done. It preserves the DVD menu and navigation structure. Pretty awesome! If you are interested in viewing an output, email me and I'll send you the link and password. :)
