I had a bunch of footage from my years in college on VHS tapes and a while back I wanted to preserve those memories and put everything on DVD. Well I came across a website last week that is basically like a Facebook for alumni at my school. Everybody wants me to post video clips of stuff from school.
So I go get those 6 dvd's of footage I have and for some reason, 4 of the DVDs will not play at all!!!! It says CANNOT READ on the screen!! These DVDs WERE burned in the same Panasonic DVD Recorder!!! I tried 2 other dvd players including my computer and I got the same message!!! Why would a DVD become unreadable all of the sudden???
I really hope all that footage from my college years is not lost!!!
Anything I can do???
