Dvd logo illegal?

Needs to be licensed. Which means you have to comply with this, that, and the other thing.
Just like Dolby.
On the other hand, most people will realize it's a DVD 'cause you put it in that cool DVD case, and don't know that the logo means anything other than "it ain't a CD".
