It is my opinion to NEVER use labels but instead have them printed. Lables tend to RUB on players and are just overall cheap. There are many options for you, one of which is

You can design and submit your artwork and have the Disc's Printed properly. I am not sure of the details of whether they offer CD's, DVD's. CDROM's etc....
But worth looking into? Point being, don't stick a STICKER on the thing!

Also, look into printers which are able to print directly to DVDs. That's probably your best bet.

As I said above, it's the Epson R300. About $180.

There's a tray which the printer brings in to a special slot (see the CD photo above).
The printer comes with its own software for desiging the artwork, but you can use any program you wish and then import it into the Epson software.

Yes we used the R300 as well to print the Filter Test DVD's on Ritek Inkjet printables, so you can take a look what they look like if you have em.
I found with it lining up the little arrows was bunk, now I just jam the tray in past the first rollers without looking and it lines up no problem all by itself.
