DVD Inserts

What do you guys use to print DVD inserts. I am currently using Click 'N Design 3D but not quite satisfied. It's easy to use but I have trouble printing on it because, it does not print right on the card stock that I use. According to CDRom2Go.com, Click 'N Design is the correct software to use.

I am looking for other options, and even other methods that you guys use to design and print inserts. I've read here that some use PhotoShop. I do not have PS so that is not an option for me.

Do they have a Mac version? When I look for a Mac version, it sends me to Disc Label software.
