I'm using Premiere 6.5 for a very basic edit. Fade up from black, speaker to camera (slow push), lower third graphic, and fade to black (1 min total). When burning a DVD using DVDit, there is noticeable fragmenting or artifacting going on in parts of the video. Sort of looks like shimmering pixilation. Any ideas how to clear this up?
