DVD film school

I know I've seen a thread discussing must-watch additional content on DVDs. Stuff like directors, DPs and cinematographers discussing their approach to the film, behind the scenes footage of movies being shot, tons of great information for budding filmmakers. I've searched but can't seem to find it. Got a link? Or a must-see DVD? I'm specifically wanting to see conversations being staged and shot.

Thanks

Blade 2 has in my opinion the best director commentary and breakdown featurette. De Toro really gives an insightful dialogue on his process.
