Who has had what experience w/ what online vendor? Will be needing atleast 1000 copies this round.

Thanks

Discmakers is good. I've used their services 3 times now and they always turn out great. They have short-run services, if you want duplication (DVD-rs). For 1000 copies, I'd recommend replication as opposed to duplication. It'll be 99.9% reliable to work in all DVD players since it's a "glass mastered" disc and not a DVD-r. It also probably won't cost much more to get done VS. duplication costs for 1000 units. Typically you save money doing short runs (under 500) through duplication, but after that many copies it becomes more cost effective and quicker to have the discs replicated. I'm sure someone else here will have some more information for you on the subject.

I've done several jobs with Discmakers. Sure, they're big, but I've always gotten great service and the prices are tough to beat.

I've used Discmakers for both CD & DVD replication and packaging (but not artwork). I've always been satisfied. In fact I'm headed over there tomorrow with another DVD project.

Another Discmakers recommendation here. I just had a short run made by them. When it came back, the colors were way darker than my master. They did a reprint free of charge. Customer service like that guarantees my repeat business.
