Dvd Creation Menu

What is the best software that I can create menus with? I am using Ulead Video Studio 11 to create my menus, but I was wondering if there was anything better I could use specifically just for making menus. and if anyone knows where I can try a trial or anything before I buy it it would be great. thanks

I tried a bunch of them, from Adobe's DVD app, down to Ulead, and Ulead DVD Movie came out on top. It was very easy to design the menu YOUR way. If your Video Studio has the same features, I recommend you stick with it. Granted, I haven't tried any of the Apple programs, but I am a Mac hater. I also haven't tried After Effects, so I don't know what it has to offer either.

I went through that mess while working on a weight lifting DVD for a client. PP2 does ok for auto play disks, but the menus were so generic. I tried so many unknown Authoring programs that wouldn't work at all for me. If I can save you a week of headaches, all the better.
