DVD Cases

I use http://www.americal.com/ and they've always done right by me but I don't wish to imply they're the "best." I use B&H for as much as I can get away with (mini-DV tapes, printer cartridges, all camera/editing stuff) just because they're the bomb, but for my DVD media and cases I use Americal.

Supermediastore is great and the prices are really good. Beware of the cheapest cases, I have bought both the cheaper and the "100% new material" slim DVD cases and the ones with recycled materials have a bad smell, and the quality isn't quite as good. I get all my TY printable media there. M

Proaction Media has always been amazing to deal with, I get my stuff quickly, and they have more than just standard cases. Talk to Matt Sarceda, he is my account rep there, and he is very good. I just checked prices, and they are 3 cents a case less than supermedia stor and 5 cents a case less than americal. they also give price breaks based on quantity. website is here: www.proactionmedia.com 1-877-593-4261 matt's extension is: 109

Bookmarked, thanks.

just as a side note, if you want to make sure you're getting a high quality case with a spider (the middle clampy part) that works well, go for an Amaray case. They tend to have taht S shaped spider that's really easy to release and wont crack the inside of your disc.

Following on from the original topic - does anybody know a shop where you can buy just the inserts? You know on some DVD cases you can prise out the clear DVD tray - similar to the system in CDs.

Edit: somebody else answered my question on another forum - http://5inch.com not only sell customised DVD cases and jewel boxes but they also sell the inserts.
