DVD Burner

I was hoping someone could help me out.

The dvd burner in my pc is producing glitchy dvds. I think the dvd burner laser needs to be cleaned. I went to a couple of stores and they have dvd laser cleaners for dvd players. Will this clean the burner laser in my pc as well or do I have to get some other type of cleaner for my dvd burner?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I would assume so. But personally, I would call a DVD disc manufacturer like Maxell (or whomever) and ask them.

Have you changed dvdr brand? Get high quality discks like TDK, verbatim etc.

I'm going to buy a dvd player lens cleaner for a deep discount-thru a connection. Hopefully that'll do the job.
