DVD authoring/duplication recommendation

[Patryk_Rebisz]

Anyone can recommend an inexpensive DVD authoring place? Something simple with a few bonus features.

-- Play Film
-- Chapter Selection (16 chapter markers (2 pages / 8 chapters per page))
-- Directors' Commentary
-- Original concept trailer
-- Behind-the-Scenes Slideshow
-- Audio Description (English)
-- Subtitles (English)
-- CC

I would also need a small DVD run (500 copies) with inserts and such. Thanks!

I can recommend myself. I've been authoring DVDs professionally since when you had to explain what a DVD is.
I'll PM you.
