I think most menu styled animations can be very well done within vegas itself. using transparent layers etc. But another thing is that there is no question of software intergration between AE or whatever software you use for animation because in DVD architect you can only use videos to show animation. So any avi should match. but matching them up for transitions and button points etc is going to be tedious. But if your meaning to set button clicks etc within AE that dvd arch will use the answer is no. You can simply use video files to create animation effects/ menus within DVDA. The button trigger, link and stop points etc will be set on top of your video file within DVDA. For ex if you want a box to open up when you click on it and the video pops out and then plays. Then you will first make a video in your fav application of the boxes arriving on the screen and dancing around whatever. Then you can set a transparent button area over the boxes and when your user will click on your animated box it will link to another video which exactly matches the end point of this video but then shows the box opening. I hope your undertstanding what i mean.
