DVD Architect - Change Picture Slide show background

Not sure if this is the right forum but what the heck,

I making a picture slide show in Sony's DVD architect and the images are not wide enough to fill the screen so black bars appear either side, i don't want to stretch or zoom in on them,

how to i change the bars either side to another color?????

One easy way is to go into Vegas and then to Generated Media and select "solid colors". Pick one of the colors and drag it to a blank video track. The properties box will allow you to change the color/shade to your choice.

Drag this generated clip out to the desired length of your presentation. Place you photos on a video track above the one with the generated media. Obviously this assumes you use Vegas for your editing suite. When you render out the video you will alread have the pillars adjusted to you taste.

Thanks, but don't forget I'm using DVD architect 3.0 not Vegas here, I'm using the picture compilations tool.
