Is there a way to create a menuless DVD that has chapter points? Basically a disc that auto-plays but one that you can also skip to other chapters.

I'm almost positive that as long as you have your chapter markers set, and designate your film asset as "first play," (with no menu) you'll still be able to jump chapters when watching the dvd.

You can apply markers in Vegas (hitting "M") at the point that you want the chapter (you can also name them there as well). Import the footage into DVDA then as previously described set as first play, you should be set to go.

But remember that when you render out of Vegas, you MUST have the box marked "include project markers in file" checked.

The simplest is to just add a video or music compilation. You can see a window where your entire material goes. Project window. Thats where it says menu page. Thats there by default. You cant delete that menu page, not until u add something else there. So rght click in the empty area and say create a music/video compilation. This item will be created under this menu. No select the menu item above and right click and delete. You will have only one Music/Video compilation in your list. Thats it. Select that item. You will see a window in the bottom allowing you to add a list of videos one after the other. Each will become a chapter. Thats all. Go to burn menu and do the needful. This disc will just play without any menu. It will start with the first video that is in your compilation and proceed to each next one automatically or if you press next on your remote. Till it reaches the end at which point it will stop. Ofcourse you can make it come back and start or from there to jump to some specific point etc. But more on that later.

Almost forgot,,,anyone know if you can raise the volume level with dvd arch ? im surprised it hasa controls like color and contrast etc but not a single thing for audio bumping up.
