I know my file size is to big for disc but
When I move the yellow out point triangle, my "disc space used" does not adjust therefor I can't burn a portion of my file. Tryed a re-install but did nt help.

Yes, that is why I am so stumped. File\Optimize DVD... , and then just select "Fit to Disc?" brings up Media file is too big and could not fit into single DVD disc The Disc Space Used in the bottom right corner won't adjust.
Have you tried adjusting the slider labeled "Default video bitrate"? You can also select the video tab and adjust the bitrate of each individual file. Basically, if it doesn't fit, then it needs to be recompressed at a lower bitrate in order to make it fit.
