DVCproHD Quicktime.. Can it be viewed somehow in Vegas?

[TimurCivan]

Someone gave me some footage from a film i shot few months ago in DVCproHD QT file. I cant open it with ANYTHING..... Nothing understands it.

IS there anything that will open a QT file other than a Mac?
