I shot a short film on the HVX (720/24pN) that we're color grading right now, I've heard that exporting back to the DVCPRO HD codec results in a loss of quality. Is this true? Is ProRes422 better? Also, once the film is finished I need to make a "master file" of the film thats as uncompressed as possible...Can anyone advise me on a good workflow or articles about this? Thanks a bunch!
