Has anyone forgotten about DV Rack? Anyone wishing for DVCProHD Rack? Since DV Rack records digital already, wouldnt a DVCProHD Rack make P2 Cards pointless? With DV Rack, the tape was the backup, but with the P2 workflow, the "backup" would be all digital on a separate drive... identical to the digital footage the DVCProHD Rack would produce.

It's already coming, some of us are beta-testing it.

Yes it's amazing.

No it doesn't make P2 cards "pointless", but it is very very cool.

Do you know if it will be a DV Rack Upgrade or a separate program on its own? Do you know the price of it when it comes out? Is there an estimated date of when it will come out?
