DV Rack / On Location replacement

[djkoz]

I have an older version of DV Rack put out by Serious Magic. It is my understanding that Adobe bought this software company and then incorporated DV Rack into the CS suites with the name of On Location. I recently upgraded from CS4 to CS6 and, to my dismay, On Location is no longer available.

Is there a software package like DV Rack that is still available at a reasobale price?

Thanks,

Dan
