DV Expo in L.A. Anyone?

Is anyone from here going to be at DV Expo? The software company I consult for (my "day" job) is going to be exhibiting there...so I thought it would be see the faces behind the names. (Also, we have some free exhibits only passes...if you need one, email me privately and I'll try to send you one).

Also, apparently Panasonic is doing something "really big" at the show. My source wouldn't tell me what, but when I asked if they were going to be announcing the shipping release of the new HVX, he said it was bigger than that. I'll keep working him. ;-)

I'm not going, but me going to a dv expo west a few years back is (along with this site) what got me into this dv madness..

at that time, I didn't even have a dvx..so it must have been the year it came out. i remember the buzz, even though i was pretty overwhelmed with everything else. haha. (reminiscing) Somehow I got a hold of some 2-pop flyer and that got me into reading about camera and video stuff on the web.

Are you just going to go or are you doing something with Panasonic? Either way, if you get a chance, stop by the LQ Graphics booth (booth #451). It would be fun to meet you face-to-face.

I probably won't be there, but we'll have a guy from Coffey Sound in the same booth with PSC. I have instructed him to "whore stuff out" of the booth. I don't want him bringing anything back that he is taking there.

Anything they have in the booth. They sold out of the Sennheiser EW112Pg2's yesterday, but they picked up some more today. I priced everything before they took it, and I priced it to move.
