I'm using Vegas Pro 6. I'm using DV capture on video filmed at 4 frames per second which I plan to speed up into fast motion. The video, however, is encoded at full 30fps, meaning for every frame I capture there are 7.5 redundant frames encoded in the final output-- huge waste of disk space. Is it possible to capture DV at a lower custom frame rate?
