Dust speck...any way to edit it out?

I have a pretty visible dust speck on the lens of the last wedding shot I did...is there a good way to fuzz it out without going frame by frame?

Depending on the size of the speck, try duplicating the shot on a layer above, apply a garbage matte to the top layer and make a tiny mask over the offending speck. This mask will create a 'hole' in the video right over your speck. On the layer below you have the same shot, now try moving the placement slightly off vertically/horizontally so as you have the same texture 'cloned' in filling the speck. You might have to reposition the bottom shot every now and then, as you might see the matte depending on what it's over.
Does my explanation make sense?
