Dusk for night shooting tips

So...everything is lined up, we are going to camera for the zombiefest flick tomorrow.

I have a few scenes where I plan to shoot dusk (more like magic hour time) for night - I don't have enough lights to light the whole location at night, so I am leaving that for close ups and inserts. I need to do all the masters and medium shots while there is 'some' light available.

One problem with shooting at dusk is that the light changes so fast. Other than the obvious (take white balance and color chart before each scene and adjust the iris), what are good techniques to keep the shots consistent? Anyone has any ideas?
