Duplication WARNING!

I only take my Norms in the form of MacDonald.

My sister was considering using ELS for duplicating some of her stuff. Good thing I know now.

LOL! Thanks for all the props, guys, and to TC for being the first to chime in! You're all great, and I appreciate the referrals. I just found this today, and Aaron had already contacted me yesterday ... hopefully we'll get him situated for nex time. :)

Terry, your comment had me rolling on the floor!

Now I've got to check out ELS Productions, because my curiousity is peaked.

ELS Pricing and such

ELS Pricing and such

ELS website is, ELSPRODUCTIONS.COM

They gave me a good deal on the duplication. They did 300 (600 total discs) double DVDs, with monochrome print, full color case for $4.38 each.
They turned them around in 48 hours.
Problem is, 10 of the cases were broken. 98% of all the discs were badly scratched from sliding around inside the case. There were finger prints on the discs. I have had 3 customers return their DVDs now because they were scratched and wouldn't play. So stay away from ELS. Not good!

Yep, sometimes it's just the simple fact of you get what you pay for. If the pricing seems too good to be true, you should ask for a sample, which if they want your business badly enough then they should send one for free.

It's also why I'll only match/beat pricing on comparable quality/pricing, which it sounds like wouldn't be a concern with that company. Sorry you had to experience that with them! Yech ... nothing worse that unhappy customers!
