what other "campaign" would a scammer use to for this?
Seems like a natural match to me. I see a lot of bad spots. To me, it's as easy as not responding to the ones that don't click with ya. This was the case with these spots. They were not hirrible, they just did not apply to me so I mentally discarded on the fly.
Actually I think it's a great spot (initially), just unfortunately wasn't executed and apparently they don't know when to stop. I wish more companies put their entire reputation on the line for their products. We'd see less crap and hypocrisy because when things don't go as promised they'd be suffering the same fate as this guy.
Originally, the strategy was pretty good, although the execution wasn't particularly special. But once the guy's identity got jacked with, it was time to move on.
