dueladapter - does it work w p2?

[c-mac wyo]

Hi there, I'm about to buy an HVX 200 system, to use with avid, on macbook pro. Does anyone know if the dueladapter, from pcmcia to express34 card, work with p2 cards, to be able to load them directly into the computer?

http://www.duel-systems.com/products/adapters.aspx

also, can you look at footage recorded with p2 genie? or do you need to import to edit program first?

any and all advice welcome.

thank you,

c-mac wyo
