I've used my MacBook Pro/Duel adapter combo thousands of times to offload my footage and never had a problem. I tried it today and it didn't work. There is one new variable this time - this is HPX 500 footage. I've only ever offloaded HVX footage. Seems like it oughta work the same though. Any ideas on why it's not working? I tried re-downloading the driver from the Duel-Adapter website. Nada.
