Dual studio monitors from AE

I've got two field monitors: aPanasonic BT- LH910GJ and a Marshall V-LCD70XP-3GSDI. They've both got SDI connections. So I guess in theory one should be able to connect these to a PC via any of the blackmagic PCI-E SDI cards. I've noticed some of these cards have multiple SDI connections. So is it just a matter of connecting my studio monitors, setting them up properly and using them in After Effects? Not sure how yet, but the Panasonic was my number one choice for color correction, and as good as it is, it doesn't have false colors and some of the other features the Marshall has. I'd be interested to see if both of them can be used simultaneously in After Effects, to leave the cheap LCD screen for timeline and other panels.

Your Black Magic card will send the same signal to both monitors. Unless you decide to downconvert the 2nd SDI signal. Do you still have any clients that want you to deliver in SD?
