DSP File

I want to put a logo on a hat and the store Lids is saying they need the file on a USB stick, but it has to be a DSP file. How can I convert a PDF to DSP on my mac?

Any help would be great, thanks.

according to the lids website, all you have to do is upload an image as a .jpg or .gif
they also suggest that if you want transparency in the image that you upload it a a .gif
