drop zone in after effects

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a methode to make a drop zone in after effetcs that can be modified in FCP ( like the ones in the templates of motion 3).
for exemple, i have an animation in after effects that contain a video footage or image, and once in FCP, i would like to change only the content of that footage (video, image or text) in FCP without going to after effects and rerender all the animation ?!!

Please help me if there is a methode
Thanks in advance

If it was simple enough where you wouldn't need to keyframe any motion to it -- yes. Just export as animation millions of colors + and that will leave an alpha that you can drop the clip into. But like I said, the key to dropzones in Studio is that they talk to each other -- kinda like a mini version of Motion running in FCP. The clip ACTS like the dropzone area. Not so with an alpha channel. IOW - you'd have to key all the motion and distort yourself.

SO...

Why not do it all in Motion?? (I know what answer I'D give!!)
